Konsep dan Implementasi Manajemen Strategis di Industri Kreatif: Tinjauan Sistematis Literatur Reviews

The creative industry has become a strategic sector in the global and local economy, supported by ideas, innovation, and creativity as the main resources. This research aims to systematically examine the implementation of strategic management in the creative industry, by examining key research trends, knowledge gaps, and their practical implications. The approach used is a systematic literature review with reference to the PRISMA protocol, which includes the process of identifying, filtering, and evaluating 420 articles from various scientific databases. The final results of the selection show 10 relevant and high-quality major studies. The research findings highlight the importance of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), vision-based strategic planning and SWOT, adaptation to digital disruptions, and flexible performance evaluation models. The implementation of an adaptive, proactive, and collaborative management strategy is key for creative companies to remain competitive in the midst of technological dynamics and market changes. In addition, collaboration between the public, private, and academic sectors is urgently needed to create an ecosystem that supports the sustainable growth of the creative industry. This research makes a theoretical and practical contribution by offering a conceptual framework that can be used as a reference in the development of business policies and strategies in the ever-growing creative sector.
