Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze relevant leadership models in the context of business organizations through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The main focus of this research is to explore the influence of different leadership styles on organizational effectiveness, work culture, crisis resilience, and long-term performance. The literature screening process followed the PRISMA guidelines, resulting in 10 articles that met the criteria of inclusion and high relevance. The findings of the study show that transformational, transactional, authentic, servant, and charismatic leadership styles have a significant impact on various aspects of the organization. Transformational leadership has proven to be effective in inspiring employees and driving positive organizational change. Authentic, value-based leadership reinforces trust, loyalty, and a healthy organizational culture. On the other hand, transactional leadership is more appropriately applied in a stable and structured environment. In the context of a crisis, servant and transformational leadership styles show high effectiveness in building organizational resilience. This study concludes that there is no one universally superior leadership model; The effectiveness of a leadership style is highly dependent on the context of the organization, its structure, and its strategic goals. The implication of these findings is the importance of flexibility and integration of leadership styles to address the challenges of modern organizations. The study also recommends the development of adaptive and ethical leadership as a key strategy in sustainable organizational management.
