Penggunaan Metode Agile dalam Pengembangan Sistem Informasi: Systematic Literature Review (SLR)

This study aims to examine the application of the Agile method in the development of information systems through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The background of this research is based on the organization's need for an information system that is adaptive to technological changes and market dynamics. Agile, as an iterative and flexible approach, is considered able to answer these challenges by emphasizing team collaboration, end-user engagement, and a fast and continuous development cycle. The SLR process is carried out by following the PRISMA stages, starting from searching the literature on four main databases to strict selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Of the initial 680 articles, 10 studies were selected for further analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of Agile is able to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction in various sectors, including MSMEs, higher education, and software development. Agile has been proven to accelerate the system development process, increase competitiveness, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, factors for the success of Agile implementation include team experience, organizational culture, and managerial support. This research makes an important contribution for academics and practitioners in understanding the best strategies to optimally implement Agile in various contexts of modern organizations.
