Digital transformation at the community level plays a strategic role in strengthening local identity, economic potential, and public visibility in the digital era. This community service program aimed to implement a website-based digitalization initiative for Kampung Pinggir Rawa, Tangerang City, using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The program adopted a participatory and collaborative approach consisting of five main stages: needs assessment, system design, website development and implementation, technical training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate that the developed WordPress-based website effectively functions as a digital platform for profiling the village, promoting local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and documenting community activities. In addition to producing a functional website, the program significantly improved the digital literacy and technical capacity of local residents in managing online content independently. The initiative also increased community awareness of digital presence as a strategic tool for strengthening competitiveness and socio-economic development. Overall, the implementation of WordPress CMS demonstrates its effectiveness as an accessible and sustainable technological solution for community-based digital transformation. This model can be replicated in other local communities with similar characteristics to support inclusive digital development.
